“I don’t think you can properly experience Sirens without having the crudos here. I’ve created them so they hit every flavor center on your palate. Crudos are raw fish, and I use flavored salts, oils and vinegars — plus microgreens, fresh fruits and fresh herbs.”

 

Sicilian-style
grilled swordfish

“This swordfish has a tomato-garlic lemon relish on top, and it’s breaded and grilled. Seriously, it is my father’s recipe and I grew up eating it. The swordfish is my favorite dish.”

 

Smoked tuna melt sandwich

“This is smoked tuna with brie on a thick-cut grilled sourdough, and I’m telling you it’s spectacular. I challenge anyone to tell us it’s not the best sandwich they’ve had in San Diego.”

 
 
 
 
 

Frankie “The Bull” Terzoli

Frankie is passionate about cuisine and has worked for seafood companies in 25 countries. He has starred on Top Chef, Beat Bobby Flay, Cutthroat Kitchen, and other televised cooking shows, where he captivates judges with his delicious plates and fiery, bull-like personality.
